At Collegio alla Querce, Auberge Collection is launching Il Bosco, a new open-air space in the Florentine hills, with two new offerings for the summer: the Social Table and a collaboration with the historic Vivoli gelateria. The Social Table (available every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening) is a convivial experience with limited seating around a single table, featuring a surprise menu created by chef Nicola Zamperetti, live music, and paired wines(160 euros per person).
