Finissima is here: Tiratissima presents its new thin and crispy pizza
On February 4 and 5, a preview tasting menu
There is a new way of understanding pizza at Tiratissima. It's called Finissima and it's the star of two preview events scheduled for February 4 at Tiratissima Prato and February 5 at Tiratissima Florence. A debut planned down to the smallest detail, combining research into the dough, conviviality, and a tasting menu designed to recount—bite after bite—a new evolution of pizza.
Finissima has a thinner, crispier base, created to complement—not replace—the original dough, which will remain on the menu. From now on, customers will be able to choose which base to top their favorite pizzas with, personalizing the experience according to taste and texture.
Tiratissima (ph. Moggi Studio)To celebrate the launch, Tiratissima has created a tasting menu for €45, available exclusively on the two presentation evenings. It starts with an aperitif that immediately sets the tone for the experience: a specially created signature cocktail (Primissimo or Birthday) as an alternative to Ferrari sparkling wine, accompanied by appetizers designed to prepare the palate.
The dinner, served at the table, then enters the heart of the event with a tasting of the new Finissima pizza in several variations, to explore its versatility and character, followed by a tasting of the restaurant's iconic desserts. This is accompanied by a selection of wines including Prosecco Casa Gheller, De Vite Bianco Hofstätter, and Meczan Pinot Nero Hofstätter, as well as water and coffee.
Two dates, two cities, one new product: Finissima, the thin and crispy pizza that expands the identity of Tiratissima and invites you to rediscover the pleasure of choice. Because innovation, when done well, does not erase the past: it simply makes it more interesting.
