April 11 a special journey between sea and sky for Florence Cocktail Week 2025

On April 11, Cibrèo Ristorante & Cocktail Bar hosts Notte Blu - The Journey of Cachaça between Sea and Sky, an exclusive event of the highly anticipated Florence Cocktail Week, an event dedicated to mixology conceived by Paola Mencarelli. A sensory journey that begins in Brazil, among sugar cane plantations bathed in sun and heat and arrives in Florence, transforming cachaça and its universe into a sophisticated experience.

At the center of the evening, a special guest shift with three exceptional protagonists: Mina Giaconi, directly from The Wilde in Milan; Dario Comis, a bartender with an innovative and sophisticated style; and Vieri Palanti, resident bartender at Cibrèo, who hosts the well-known colleagues to create unique cocktails. The distinctive element of the evening is Cachaça Blu, a Brazilian distillate of excellence signed by Maria Luisa Timoni, which becomes the basis of a drink list designed to transport guests between the waves of the Atlantic and the starry sky of Florence.

For the occasion, mixology marries with gastronomy in a perfect food bar experience, where each drink is accompanied by a careful selection of finger foods, for a taste journey that blends Italian and Brazilian traditions: Pão de queijo; Asparagus with Bernese; Glazed Pork Chop; and Coconut Chocolates.
