CAMBIO Castelfiorentino: Tuscany's new cultural center for art, photography, and gastronomy
The exhibitions by Doisneau and Gae Aulenti, the Bastianoni Archive, and the gourmet cuisine of CORALE by Simone Cipriani.
In the heart of Val d'Elsa, just over a year after its opening, CAMBIO - Cultural Center confirms itself as one of the most innovative and dynamic projects on the Tuscan artistic and social scene. Born from the vision of Ente Cambiano and now managed by Fondazione Cambiano ETS, the center inaugurates a new season of activities with the opening of its permanent spaces: two new exhibition halls, a bookshop, and areas dedicated to education and culture.
A place returned to the city after a major urban redevelopment project: the former Cinema Puccini in Corso Matteotti, a 19th-century building that had been unused for years, is now a multifunctional center of over 2,000 square meters on four levels, welcoming visitors and art lovers from Tuesday to Sunday.
The architectural design was created by the Metrocubo studio, while the exhibition layout was designed by Guicciardini & Magni Architetti. The mission is clear: to create a lively and inclusive hub, capable of bringing together art, education, and social interaction.
