On December 25, Cosimo invites guests to rediscover Christmas through a cuisine that blends tradition and innovation. A lunch that evokes the warmth of home while embracing modern creativity, where every dish becomes a precious detail in a day to be savored above the city. Starters include slow-cooked egg with potato espuma and white truffle, followed by first courses such as traditional tortellini in clarified meat broth and fresh egg tagliolini with butter and white truffle. The main course features the refined guinea fowl supreme stuffed with lard and rosemary, served with endive and black truffle. For dessert, a must-try is the White Chocolate Christmas Sphere with ricotta espuma, candied kumquat, salted chocolate crumble, and spiced ice cream, a sweet and surprising finale celebrating the holidays with elegance and creativity.

New Year’s Eve Grand Party on the Rooftop at Cosimo – December 31

In Florence, New Year’s Eve is celebrated from above: Cosimo Rooftop invites guests to welcome the most anticipated night of the year surrounded by lights, sounds, and flavors. The evening begins at 7:00 PM with an aperitif accompanied by a DJ set and the elegant vibrations of an electronic violin and live saxophone. The New Year’s menu reinterprets tradition with finesse, offering an exclusive gastronomic journey where cuisine and music rise together in perfect harmony. The menu includes: King crab with sour cream, lime, and caviar; selection of raw fish with assorted condiments; Catalan lobster salad; ribollita-filled ravioli with butter glaze, pepper, and white truffle; turbot with black truffle artichokes and potato purée; raspberry and ginger sorbet; yogurt mousse with timut pepper ganache, orange gel, and salted cocoa biscuit. Price: €590 per person (water and coffee included, wine excluded).
