Gourmet Easter with swing music at the Winter Garden

A six-course menu inspired by Italian Easter traditions, live swing music, and the timeless elegance of The St. Regis Florence

For those who wish to celebrate Easter with a refined gastronomic experience in the heart of the city, the Winter Garden Restaurant at the historic The St. Regis Florence offers a special Easter Lunch featuring haute cuisine, a festive atmosphere, and live musical entertainment.

The event will take place on Sunday, April 5, starting at 12 noon, when the spectacular restaurant hall will welcome guests for a signature gastronomic journey designed to celebrate the Easter tradition with a contemporary twist.

The menu opens with a crispy artichoke heart, served with Jerusalem artichoke cream and mint oil, followed by a refined low-temperature egg accompanied by sheep's milk ricotta cream, nettle pesto, and toasted hazelnuts. This is followed by green lasagna with white meat ragù, enriched with spring truffles and 24-month Parmigiano Reggiano cream, an elegant reinterpretation of Italian tradition. The main course celebrates one of the symbols of the Easter table: lamb loin, served with vegetable terrine and spring vegetables. The finale is dedicated to the great classics of pastry: a zeppolina with cream and black cherry, followed by a refined contemporary pastiera, a creative homage to one of the symbolic desserts of Italian Easter. For the welcome aperitif and final toast, there is Bellavista Franciacorta Alma Assemblage Extra Brut, one of Franciacorta's most representative labels. (180 euros per person)
