Prosciutto Toscano Dop
An exquisite product, with an intense, persistent, unforgettable flavour and very lean. The savouriness is given above all by the salting to which herbs and spices of the Tuscan tradition are added, such as pepper, garlic, laurel, rosemary and juniper berries, which give the product a very particular but always appreciated flavour.
It is on sale at the Perini delicatessen on the ground floor of the Mercato Centrale, Via dell'Ariento, 47/77.
