As the sky lights up above the gardens of Collegio alla Querce, Auberge Collection, a spectacular fireworks display marks the arrival of the New Year. Yet the night is far from over. The celebration continues in the Theatre, transformed for the occasion into an elegant contemporary venue, where a live DJ set and open bar accompany guests until 3:00 a.m., amid music, toasts and new promises waiting to be shared.
