Overlooking Piazza Ognissanti, Cosimo Rooftop Restaurant & Bar is one of the most evocative locations to experience Valentine's Day in the city. Here, the sunset becomes the natural backdrop for a romantic evening designed for those who want a high-level gastronomic experience, immersed in the timeless beauty of the city.

For Valentine's Day Dinner, the chef has created a five-course tasting menu that highlights quality ingredients and refined combinations, including seafood, citrus notes, and elegant textures. The meal begins with marinated raw scallops, accompanied by sweet and sour turnips and grapefruit gel, followed by red prawn tartare with lime, creamed ricotta, and artichoke salad. Burrata ravioli is paired with smoked eggplant cream and seared scampi, before giving way to seared yellowtail with roasted pepper cream, grilled lettuce, and meat jus. The finale is a coconut heart with a slightly spicy exotic soup and lime meringue, followed by delicate friandises. (€200 per person, excluding wine)
