The star of the evening is Belvedere Vodka, which has curated a cocktail list designed like a small constellation of flavors. It’s no coincidence that the drinks bear evocative, almost celestial names: Pegasus, Delphinus, Orion, Lyra. Each cocktail has a distinct identity, but above all, a rhythm. There is the bright, citrusy freshness of the Pegasus, followed by more herbaceous and floral notes, as in the Delphinus, while the Orion introduces a more pronounced, almost meditative depth. Finally, Lyra, soft and enveloping.
