Starting April 25, the rooftop of the hotel comes alive again with a culinary and mixology experience overlooking the sea

Located across the entire rooftop of the Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte, the Terrazza is a space suspended between sky and sea, where the view stretches endlessly. On one side, the blue horizon of the sea; on the other, the silhouette of the Apuan Alps: a natural backdrop that makes the experience even more enchanting. Here you’ll also find the panoramic pool, an iconic feature of the property, which helps create a relaxed and refined atmosphere, perfect for enjoying exclusive moments from morning until sunset.

Starting April 25, two distinct yet complementary spaces take center stage: La Terrazza Bistrot and La Terrazza Rooftop Bar. Two distinct spaces that interact with each other, offering a complete experience—from dinner to after-dinner—always with a privileged view of the Viareggio coastline.

La Terrazza Bistrot

The menu at La Terrazza Bistrot bears the signature of chef Giuseppe Mancino, a two-Michelin-starred chef who previously led the hotel’s Il Piccolo Principe restaurant. For this space, Mancino has created a menu that is approachable yet refined, designed to highlight the authentic flavors of the region. Great attention is paid to the quality of ingredients: fresh fish sourced from local fishermen, seasonal ingredients, and local products. The dishes are simple yet meticulously prepared, executed with technical skill and a contemporary sensibility. The result is a cuisine that elegantly captures the essence of Tuscany, without sacrificing the lightness and conviviality typical of a seaside bistro.

Rounding out the experience, La Terrazza Rooftop Bar offers an extensive and curated cocktail list, featuring both timeless classics and original creations inspired by the city of Viareggio and its lively spirit.
