Vino al Vino in Cantina in Panzano in Chianti

Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 May wine tastings to discover the area's wine

On the first weekend in May, Panzano in Chianti is preparing to host one of the most eagerly awaited events in the spring offerings from the world of wine: Vino al Vino in cantina. This itinerant event, now in its second edition, takes place on 4 and 5 May and brings wine lovers to discover the 20 wineries in the Union that have joined the initiative.

Vino al Vino (ph. Giampiero Martino)

The objective is to offer participants the unique opportunity to come into direct contact with the producers of Panzano in Chianti, immersing themselves in the history and tradition of an area known throughout the world for the splendid quality of the wines it expresses During Vino al Vino in Cantina, the producers will welcome visitors to share and transmit the profound bond they have with the territory and their vineyards, leaving the role of sole and authentic protagonist to the wine. This year's edition will in fact have authenticity as its central theme.

The beauty of Chianti Classico is the evocative backdrop for this weekend of wine and conviviality. Guests have the opportunity to taste a wide selection of wines, from Chianti Classico vintages, Riserva and Gran Selezione to fine IGT (super Tuscan) selections. It is also an unmissable opportunity to explore the new cycle paths that cross the entire Panzano area or to visit the delightful medieval village with its artistic beauties and the enchanting views of its hills.
