Orazio Nencioni has been running the shop for more of 25 years but before him it has been run by his father, his grandfather and his great grandfather. It took four generations to become the tripe and the lampredotto excellence which are made only with Italian meats. The specialties are the lampredotto and the tripe which are cooked according to the season: cold with fresh vegetables in the summer, with cooked beet greens or artichokes in the winter. For the lampredotto lovers the bag with salt and pepper.
