A romantic 5-course candlelit dinner:
- Amuse bouche of temptation
- Lobster, ice salad, green apple, avocado and caviar
- Ravioli with black cabbage and ricotta, timut pepper, sage, lemon squid raw
- Fillet of turbot, cream of Topinamburg, artichokes and black truffle
- For Him: Spicy rocher ball
- For Her: coconut and malibu spheres
- The heart of love: Bavaroise with vanilla, liquid heart with raspberry and ginger, rose petals
