Florence has a new meeting place: Bristol - Il Baretto, the long-awaited Caffè dell'Helvetia & Bristol - Starhotels Collezione, a place to be in the heart of the city, to live from morning to night.
The entrance, separated from the hotel, opens its doors early in the morning with a rich selection of hot drinks and delicious homemade pastries, followed by savoury snacks and aperitifs.
Lunch, designed by Chef Pasquale D'Ambrosio for a quick and quality break, offers light and tasty dishes, including the cult dishes of the Hotel's restaurant, such as Club Sandwich and Ceasar Salad, as well as delicious gourmet bruschettas and signature sandwiches.
In the afternoon, for lovers of the 5 o'clock appointment, an Afternoon Tea with a wide selection of teas signed La Via del Tè, homemade desserts and savoury proposals, while in the evening space for cocktails prepared to perfection, from the great classics to signature ones.
All this can be enjoyed inside, or in the dehors, one of the four unique environments that make up the Café, an open-air lounge with a charming view of Palazzo Strozzi, which will host evenings with live music and cocktails during the summer.

In the lounge area there is a corner dedicated to flowers, with the compositions of the master florists of Bobolino Floral Design, seasonal flowers and plants that guests can buy on the spot, as well as Italian pastry creations and gastronomic products, also perfect as a last-minute gift idea, thanks to packaging with a refined design.
The protagonist of the bar is Caffè Corsini, a prestigious made in Italy company, famous all over the world.
