La Divina Bellezza - Discovering Siena

A spectacular show of 3D video projections on the facade of the Duomo of Siena

From 24 July to 30 September 2015 an innovative initiative that enhances the cultural complex of the Cathedral of Siena: The Divine Beauty - Discovering Siena a project between art, culture, history and technology.

A 3D video mapping made on facciatone the Cathedral of Siena that during the summer evenings, will revive the history of Siena and the Duomo, in a journey through time and emotions, in myth and beauty.

An event that represents a worldwide trend: to bring to life the sights, tell its history and identity.

A journey that begins with a tribute to the beauty and passion, that just at the Palio finds its expressive dimension.They are discovered then the years of wealth and the transition between the Middle Ages and Renaissance. But also the tragedy of the plague. And the end of the dream of building the New Cathedral, which sees magically take life. Before a final immersive that eliminates the usual barriers.
