Out of Taste 2019. All events not to be missed

From 7 to 11 March, Florence the capital of enogastronomy, discover a city to be savored!

From March 10th to 12th the new edition of Taste returns to Florence. In the spaces of the Stazione Leopolda a tourbillon of tastes and flavors, coming from the best producers of our peninsula.
The creative ferment of Taste invades the whole city with FuoriDiTaste, the off-show program that every year attracts a wide audience of experts and food lovers. From Thursday 7 to Monday 11 March, Florence multiplies the opportunities to meet in front of a great chef's dish or an unusual combination, to discover the latest trends in contemporary food and wine. From morning to late at night, in the most important places in the city and in the most evocative restaurants, a rich calendar of special initiatives. Here is our selection

Thursday 7 March

Ready for an explosion of flavors? Official presentation of a menu with the most particular productions of Tuscany: appetizer and dishes based on snails and other specialties, accompanied by drinks made with Tuscan gins, thanks to the collaboration with some gastronomic excellences such as Arcenni. From 4 to 11 March, you can enjoy everything in an aperitif version.

Coffee Cheers: Dinicaffè Turns 80

The historic roasting company turns 80 and opens the doors for the first time to toast this important milestone with a special aperitif. An opportunity to discover different coffees in the cocktail version thanks to Lucia Montanelli, a tuscan London-born by adoption, "Head bartender" of The Bar at The Dorchester Hotel in London and winner of many international competitions. Six works by the Florentine artist Stefano Ramunno are exhibited, inspired by the historic link between Florence and Dinicaffè.
