PrimAnteprima confirms date: 14 May

The preview of Made in Tuscany wine in attendance at the Fortezza da Basso, Florence

PrimAnteprima, the Preview of the emerging Consortia of wines made in Tuscany that for many years now has coincided with the inauguration of the Tuscan Wine Week, confirms its new date, albeit with a strict security protocol, Friday 14 May at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence (Padiglione delle Nazioni) from 9.30 am to 5 pm.

No fewer than 12 consortia - some of the most promising in Tuscan wine-making - will be meeting in Florence to present their vintages and reserves: Candia dei Colli Apuani, Carmignano, Chianti Rufina, Colline Lucchesi, Cortona, Maremma Toscana, Montecucco, Orcia, Pitigliano and Sovana, Terre di Pisa, Valdarno, Val di Cornia Suvereto (this year's new entry).

In order to eliminate the possibility of crowds and direct contact, tastings will only take place in seated areas, spaced out according to Italian pandemic containment standards, and only with sommelier service at the table. As this is a press and trade-only event, due to the reduced number of guests, only one journalist per publication will be accredited.
