February 25 Enoteca Pinchiorri & Villa Cora together for Emergency
The Hotel Villa Cora welcomes the Enoteca Pinchiorri for a unique event: an evening of haute cuisine with two great protagonists of the Art de Vivre signed Relais & Châteaux.
Wednesday, February 25 two ambassadors of Tuscany in the world will create a dinner for four hands to celebrate an exceptional gastronomic journey.
The innovative cuisine of Italo Bassi and Riccardo Stumpy Enoteca Pinchiorri meets the charm and bon vivre of Villa Cora with the new chef Alessandro Liberatore: two stories and two different traditions with a meeting point, a shared passion for Italian products excellence and continuous research in the balance between tradition and innovation.
The evening will be made even more special by the decision to donate the proceeds to Emergency in support of the organization's projects in Sierra Leone, a country exhausted by the spread of the Ebola virus. Cecilia Strada, president of the NGO, and Fabrizio Santos, the doctor infected and cured of the virus, the event will intervene personally to bring a real testimony of the work done by the Centre in surgical and pediatric and center for the care of people with Ebola Goderich.
Dinner with assigned seats will take place in the unique setting of the Florentine villa in the picturesque Hall of Mirrors.
