The Executive Chef Michele Griglio invites you to taste its delicious dishes offered in two formulas especially designed for lunch: Wine Lunch Ritual and Champagne Lunch Ritual.

A tasting platter, or a course from rich menu of gourmet dishes such as tagliatelle with ragu Chianti or cuttlefish, creamed potatoes, asparagus and bread with squid ink, accompanied in the first case by one of the excellent wines from the cellar of The St. Regis and in the second case by a the exclusive Premium Brand Champagne available.

In both formulas they are finally included water, coffee and cake to complete this tasty dining experience.
