The special Christmas auction for the Airc foundation returns to Florence
The online auction is open until Sunday, December 7
One of the most anticipated events of Italian solidarity returns again this year. Until Sunday, 7 December, Fondazione AIRC is launching the major online Asta a Tempo, a special initiative dedicated to those looking for original Christmas gifts while also making a concrete contribution to supporting cancer research.
The initiative, promoted by the AIRC Tuscany Committee, celebrates a double milestone: 40 years of the auction and 60 years of AIRC’s activity. “An anniversary that fills us with pride and gratitude towards all the people who, with trust and generosity, are always by our side,” says Raffaello Napoleone, President of the Tuscany Committee. “Our auction has become a highly anticipated event, a gesture of passion and solidarity to support the work of our leading scientists.”
The 2025 catalogue includes 173 lots, all donated by supporters, companies, and private individuals, designed to turn every bid into a direct contribution to progress in cancer research.

Two seats at the Ferragamo fashion show in Milan for the presentation of the Autumn/Winter 2026 collection.
A day of skiing in Abetone with a master instructor from the National College of Alpine Skiing.

A special evening: the 2 December event
Enriching the celebrations for the 40th anniversary, on Tuesday 2 December a special Serata per la Ricerca will take place in Florence at Palazzo Ramirez Montalvo, organized by La Jamais Contente (Silvia Orsi Bertolini Napoleone) and Elisabetta Frigerio Marchi.
During the event, art experts Fausto Calderai and Charlotte Ricasoli will auction seven exclusive lots, also available to those unable to attend in person by placing their bid in the days leading up to the event (tel. 055217098 – com.toscana@airc.it).
