Francesco Corsi of Prinz

What are your company’s strong points?

We have grown a lot since 1979, but we have always maintained that spirit of doing and that desire to amaze which has allowed us to achieve important goals. Since then, we have always been committed to offering a unique, quality service, tailored to the needs of our customers’ needs who choose us for our consolidated experience in this sector and our professionalism and reliability. Customers also appreciate our extensive range of products, which allows them to choose and differentiate.

What is your business?

We distribute food & beverage throughout the whole region of Tuscany. We provide all-round consultancy in the Horeca world.

A portfolio of more than 4,000 products…

Yes, including wine, beer and spirits.

Your pride and joy?

The 540 types of national and foreign beer, but especially our unique selection of 30 wineries from all Italian regions and abroad. We are the exclusive distributor in Tuscany.

How many options do you offer between sparkling wine and champagne?

Our ‘sparkling’ department boasts 120 Italian and foreign labels of Spumante, Prosecco, Franciacorta, Trento DOC and Champagne.

And what about spirits?

We have a large assortment and a special selection that we call ‘Prestige’.

Tuscan dishes and beers, what are your ideal pairings?

The bread roll with lampredotto, the traditional street food of Florence pairs well with a good abbey beer. Instead, a beer that goes incredibly well with pork is Pils. I would pair this beer with a good plate of Tuscan cured meats and cheeses.
