12 competitors for 12 dishes and as many wines in combination with the XXI edition of A tavola sulla spiaggia which took place on the "noble sands" of Forte dei Marmi. The jury included Beppe Bigazzi, wine producers and star restaurateurs: Sirio Maccioni, Cesare Casella, Davide Oldani, Aimo and Nadia, Andrea Mattei, Lorenzo Viani, Romano Franceschini and Luca Landi. For the first time also Gino Paoli with his oil and Renato Pozzetto who opened the restaurant Locanda Montecristo in Laveno. Absolute novelty the "provocation" of the gastronaut Davide Paolini with the "torrone d'estate" signed by chef Andrea Mattei.
