Within the dishes of Filippo Saporito and Ombretta Giovannini you can rediscover the roots of the wonderful land where they grew up. Their productions are made with quality, scrupulosity and passion. Unmissable for Easter day is their themed menu. It is a box for two people with two choices at a cost of 200 euros (100 euros per person). Inside you can find Entrèes to choose between: artichokes and sweetbreads tart, "carbonara" sauce // Terrine of livers with Pan dei Santi. First course with a choice between: Tortelli of Grana cheese with Maremma asparagus and hazelnut crumble // Handmade Maccheroni Martelli with duck sauce and seasoned pecorino cheese. Second course choice between: Bites of lamb with saffron, sweet and sour onions // Marinated Cinta Senese scamerita, yellow pumpkin and orange flan. To finish in all boxes will be present: Chocolate cake with apricot jam and custard, Pistachio Cremino, Traditional Dove and Bottle of Chianti Classico San Giusto a Rentennano 2017 (one Bordeaux every two people). Since 1960 Galanti is synonymous with high gastronomy. This company has its roots in the traditional peasant cuisine that constantly revisits, creating new dishes. On the occasion of Easter they have created a theme menu, which you can book by March 31. To meet everyone's needs, the box does not have a fixed cost and its price varies according to everyone's preferences. Appetizers, first and second courses dishes, side dishes and desserts. We list below some of the specialties offered. Among the starters there are Tuscan liver sauce, Mediterranean sauce, aspic with ham mousse and pistachios; among the first courses we find instead crespelle with ricotta and spinach, ravioli with ricotta and spinach (handmade of their production), handmade tortellini Bolognese Soverini. Some of the second courses created are: breaded lamb cutlets, roast beef, roast veal, rabbit stuffed with artichokes, octopus and potatoes; while among the side dishes we mention eggplant parmigiana, stuffed artichokes and sweet and sour onions. Harry's Bar is a unique place with an exclusive attention in the selection of products. Since 1953 it welcomes its customers with refined elegance. For Easter has been designed a menu-tasting delivery at a fixed price of 65 euros per person. This includes: Spring salad with asparagus, peas, broad beans and shrimp tails with citrus vinegrette // Saffron-scented cannelloni with asparagus and wild fennel // Local lamb chop and artichokes with baby peas and roasted potatoes // Chocolate tart with custard and raspberries. Then, not to be missed for Easter Monday is the specially designed second tasting menu. It can be ordered for two people (at a cost of 90 euros), or (at 150 euros) there is the family box for 4 people. For all those who wish to treat themselves to a lunch or dinner prepared by Chef Vito Mollica directly at home, a themed version of "Brunch at your home" has been created under the name "Easter and Easter Monday at your home". In the package a rich selection of appetizers (hot and cold dishes both land and sea, including the famous raw fish and meat). In addition, inside the box you will find two first and two second courses linked to tradition: Cautarogni with octopus ragout, Lasagna Primavera, Casentino lamb roasted with artichokes and Gallinella with cream of peas and cherry tomatoes. Trattoria da Burde was born in 1901 and still offers dishes strongly linked to the Tuscan tradition. On the occasion of the Easter holidays, it has been created a menu for two people that includes: Easter cake with Capocollo Renieri // Crespelle alla Fiorentina // Lamb in herb crust with peas // Fruit Charlotte.
