At the Winter Garden Restaurant & Bar an exclusive menu that includes amberjack ceviche, "Leche de Tigre" mousse and paprika popcorn; crispy egg, ricotta cheese, wild herbs and soy sauce; shellfish lasagnetta, artichoke broth and yuzu; turbot fillet, parsnip, puntarelle and truffle. The pre-dessert is followed by white chocolate, raspberries and friandise. The cost is 130 euros per person, wines are not included but there is the possibility to accompany the menu with an ad hoc tasting.
