The last month of opening of the magical Belmond hotel brings with it taste suggestions not to be missed

Autumn has been enriched by magical appointments with taste and before closing, which will officially take place on November 30th, the wonderful and exclusive hotel Belmond is ready to give you unmissable moments of taste.

On Wednesday, November 10, an exclusive dinner will be held in the company of Savini Tartufi and Tenuta Prunotto for a total immersion in the world of truffles. The evening begins at 7:00 pm with an aperitif-meeting with the producers, the perfect opportunity to discover more about the secrets of this precious tuber, which gives its most precious fruits during the autumn. To follow, from 20.00, a 4-course dinner created by Executive Chef Alessandro Cozzolino based on white truffles, with matching wines by Prunotto, a historic Piedmontese winery located in the prestigious wine region of the Langhe. Thursday, November 25, on the occasion of American Thanksgiving Day, the chef offers a themed lunch that includes Pumpkin pie with walnut and marjoram sauce, roast turkey with sprouts and blueberry sauce, apple pie with caramel sauce. €70 per person excluding drinks.

Sunday, November 28 from 10 am to 12 pm the historic cloister of Villa San Michele welcomes the creativity of the inked Betty Soldi. A stimulating meeting to explore together the beauty of words, taking inspiration from the stores told by this unique location. For dinner, the gourmet restaurant La Loggia remains open, and as of November 1 will offer a new menu studded with seasonal Tuscan products and many slow food presidia. A deeply Tuscan tasting path, inspired by the authentic local taste. Among the dishes not to be missed: the Chef's aperitif, salted carrot and chamomile puffs, cucunci plum and mallow mousse.

For those who want to live an all-round experience among the flavors and pairings proposed by the chef, in addition to the two tasting menus offered since the beginning of the season Tentazioni Toscane and Alchimie Floreali (vegetarian), there is also a new entry, Incontri Fruttuosi. A menu characterized above all by the sweet and sour taste of winter fruit with new dishes carefully studied and thought out for the new season and to be accompanied with a signature wine pairing.
