The Lodge, music and DJ sets every night at Florence's most exclusive summer club
Florence's finest summer dining and cocktail bar returns with a season full of novelties
In the green hillside of Piazzale Michelangelo, next to the fountains of the Ramps created by the famous architect Poggi, The Lodge is the Florentine address to experience to the full during the warm season.
A year after its opening, The Lodge Club is still the most exclusive Florentine novelty, a venue that intrigues for its triple soul. An international restaurant with a beautiful view of the historic centre from the Poggi hill, entrusted to the hands of chef Rocco Loisi, the creator of an eclectic cuisine with an international vocation, but without neglecting Italian gastronomic culture. On the menu are appetisers such as the Blue Lobster with mango chutney, endive and white peach, or the Mixed Ceviche with amberjack, prawns, octopus and scallop, to the Angus Tartare with egg roe and truffle. Accompanying the courses is a selection of Italian and French bubbles that is unrivalled in the city. And if the menu of The Lodge Club dedicates a special section to Japanese cuisine - uramaki, nigiri, sashimi and tataki, served with unconventional combinations - in the jungle area you can taste gourmet focaccias and pizzas. With innovative doughs and refined ingredients, they are paired with sparkling wines and signature cocktails to enliven aperitifs with one of the most beautiful views of Florence.
Framing the gastronomic offerings of The Lodge Club is live entertainment, with cocktails and a lounge bar to welcome guests from afternoon to late evening. Over the course of the summer, the protagonists of the calendar of events that will animate The Lodge Club until late September will be announced.
The Lodge is open every day, from Monday to Sunday, ready to entertain from aperitif to after dinner, in one of the city's most beautiful locations. A format that, thanks to its high aesthetic level, focuses on a fil rouge that unites dinner and after-dinner in a unique and special way.
