Both the restaurant offer a special menu to be enjoyed until the fateful countdown to the beginning of the new year.
SE•STO on Arno
- Royal crab served cold with coriander yogurt mousse, green apple and Siberian Calvisius caviar
- Terrine of Foie Gras, mando and spices macaron
- Ravioli filled with Ribollita and black truffle
- Wild caught sea bass, lukewarn marinata sauce and iceberg cream
- Canard barbecue duck breast, roots and chicken livers
- Pre-dessert: Green apple and ginger liquid sphere
- Coconut delight, exotic fruit and milk chcolate ice cream
- Coffee and friandises

ORVM Bar
- Crayfish salad with citrus fruits and sprouts
- Cream of leeks and fennels with chestnuts
- Egg pasta stuffed with sea bass and asparagus in saffron broth
- Beef fillet with mountain speck on potato roesti and Tuscan red sauce
- Semifreddo with mandarin and passion fruit in chocolate sauce
