Gucci Garden

Officially inaugurated on January 9, 2018 and housed in Florence’s historic Palazzo della Mercanzia, Gucci Garden is a journey through the famous fashion house’s creativity. Designed by Alessandro Michele, Gucci’s Creative Director, the new venue houses, on the ground floor, the Gucci Osteria restaurant curated by Michelin-starred chef Massimo Bottura and a shop divided in two large rooms. The shop sells items exclusively designed for Gucci Garden: shoes and handbags in special materials, skirts and brocade coats and many one-of-a-kind creations, in addition to pieces of the Gucci Décor collection and a selection of magazines and books. The historic building’s first and second floor house the Gucci Garden Galleria: clothing, accessories, video installations, graphic art, documents and artefacts on display, grouped in thematic categories.
