The location has been the same since 1908, on Via del Parione. The founder Alberto started the bookbinding activity in this corner of Florence, near Via de’Tornabuoni. Children and grandchildren followed in his footsteps, handing down the passion for the age-old art of bookbinding from one generation to another and expanding the business. Today, in addition to the bookbinding activity, the shop restores old books and makes personalized leather goods and handdecorated paper objects by using age-old techniques, such as the rare paper marbling method.
