May 4, 2023The press preview for the release of the first book entirely dedicated to the iconic dish of the Capital and the top addresses where to taste it "Cacio & Pepe, the best hosts and chefs interpret the traditional roman dish", the new volume of the food series published by Gruppo Editoriale, written by food and wine critic Aldo Fiordelli and with a preface by Davide Paolini. The presentation was held in Rome, at the exclusive Hotel Eden, with tastings of cacio e pepe from 3 of the 40 addresses included in the publication: that of star chef Fabio Ciervo of the La Terrazza restaurant on the sixth floor of Hotel Eden, that of Armando al Pantheon and that of Felice in Testaccio.
