New appointments with taste at The St. Regis Florence hotel
In November, cocoa becomes the protagonist at the St. Regis Florence. In exclusive collaboration with Amedei, a Made in Tuscany company specialized in the production of high quality chocolate, themed weekends dedicated to gluttony.
Every Friday and Saturday, from 7pm to 10:30pm, a menu by Executive Chef Gentian Shehi centered on chocolate, for a journey to discover new flavors with a unique aromatic profile. It begins with a Tartare of prawns, burrata and 70% dark chocolate Amedei Chuao chips, followed by tagliolini with cocoa, pumpkin and blue buffalo and duck breast, dolceforte sauce with 70% chocolate and Rum. To conclude, Amedei white chocolate domes with Tiramisu and Amedei chocolate praline. Cost 140 euros, excluding drinks.
Every Sunday, from 15.00 to 17.30, you can instead take part in the Afternoon Tea with the most delicious chocolate delights (cost 45 euros per person), while the evening ritual of the Sabrage St. Regis will be enriched every day with appetizers also present in the Chocolate Menu.
