Precisely for this reason we offer you a top list of the best Florentine restaurants open, where you can enjoy again (in front of magnificent views) lunch and dinner with your loved ones. Four Seasons Hotel Firenze - Il Palagio

The restaurant of the Four Seasons Hotel Firenze, one Michelin star, the realm of Executive Chef Vito Mollica. In the splendid setting of the Palazzo della Gherardesca, overlooking the garden of the same name, where the terrace offers space for enchanting outdoor lunches and dinners. Dishes not to be missed include Cavatelli Cacio e Pepe with red prawns and baby squid (dish of the year in the 2013 Espresso restaurant guide) and Montespertoli pigeon with Vin Santo cooked in a bladder and caramelized fruit with thyme. About five hundred wine labels are on the menu. On the occasion of the reopening, their menu will be served for breakfast, lunch, aperitifs, afternoon tea and dinner! The hours are from 9.00 to 22.00 and reservations are required.

Osteria delle tre panche is a place that you must absolutely try for its attention to the truffle. Do not miss the new location near the Ponte Vecchio and with a terrace that allows you to enjoy a splendid view. The courses will be served in the two panoramic terraces of the hotel from 11 am to 10 pm with continuous hours so you can eat and drink at all hours (within the allowed hours). There are 10 tables on the terrace and 4/5 places on the small terrace. Reservation is required and for dinner we suggest to book for 19.30. Open 7 days a week.

Since 1957 Cantinetta Antinori has been one of Florence's most renowned places for wine and cuisine. Choose the cecina with squid and prawns, the ossobuco of veal Florentine style and the pappardelle with Tuscan ragout. Needless to tell you about the wines for tasting...absolutely must try! Open from April 28, with a maximum of 13 tables in the evocative semi-covered courtyard of Palazzo Antinori. It will be open for lunch from 12.30pm to 2.30pm and for dinner from 7pm to 9.30pm. Not to be missed the wine bar open from 12.00 to 18.30. It is possible to make dinner reservations taking into account the two time slots: 19.00 and 19.45. Closed on Tuesdays.

Sesto on Arno - The Westin Excelsior, Firenze

Absolutely to enjoy the sixth floor of The Westin Excelsior (a structure that offers one of the most beautiful panoramic views of the city), enjoying the delicacies proposed by the menu. Frescobaldi Restaurant in Florence is located in the heart of the beautiful Piazza Signoria and every day offers its customers the spectacular view of the fountain of Neptune made by Ammannati. This restaurant belongs to a famous family of the Florentine aristocracy, which (for over 700 years) is famous for its wine production. In fact, their wine list counts 150 different types. Without a doubt, you will be spoiled for choice!
In addition to this, their menu offers every day, to say the least, delicious dishes prepared in total respect for tradition and with only seasonal ingredients. A piece of advice? Try a plate of pasta and their bread, made daily in a totally artisanal way. The reopening will take place on April 30 with the following provisional timetable: from Thursday to Sunday from 12.00 to 16.00 and from 19.00 to 22.00. There are 45 places available, so booking is recommended.

In the heart of Oltrarno. Il Santo Bevitore is a restaurant that combines the style of an artistic Florence with a refined and youthful elegance. Do not miss the terrine of chicken livers with Vin Santo and pan brioche or the beef tartare with crispy vegetables. To meet the needs of all customers, you can also find in the menu dishes for celiac and vegetarian proposals. Open every day both at lunch (from 12.30 to 15.00) and dinner (from 19.30 to 22.00). There are 10 small and delicious tables outside, so do not forget to book!

The most famous Japanese restaurant in Florence. What we recommend is a journey into the heart of Oltrarno in search of Japanese flavors of Momoyama. While the raw cuisine is directed by Gabriel Camara and offers the classics of Japanese tradition, the cooked is managed by chef Lorenzo d'Agnello. On the occasion of the reopening, the restaurant will have the following hours: from 12.30 to 14.30 (for lunch from Tuesday to Sunday) and from 19.00 to 22.00 (for dinner from Monday to Sunday). The available tables are 4 on the street and 10 in their outdoor courtyard, so reservation is required.

From Friday, April 30 Coquinarius Fiesole will reopen, delighting us with its delicacies! This is a place on the hill that rises from Florence to Fiesole and from Fiesole down to Florence, a place where the kitchen is inextricably linked with the wine.
Here the tradition of hand-rolled pasta and the lightness of a creative gamble that is always an amusing discovery are mixed together. For the first three days (Friday 30th, Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd) the restaurant will be open only for lunch, while afterwards it will be open (every day) also for dinner according to the following schedule: from 12.00 to 16.00 and from 18.00 to 22.00. The places available are around 50, thanks to the vastness of their outdoor space. Book now!

The Osteria Belguardo is located in Piazza degli Scarlatti, just where on the side of Lungarno Guicciardini, towards the Ponte Santa Trinita. A charming place that reflects a taste of cuisine based on the pillars of Tuscan tradition supported by a passionate selection of raw materials. Among the unmissable we suggest: tartare, veal cheek, fried calamari and wild salmon. The restaurant will open every day (except Mondays) starting from Thursday 29th according to the following schedule: from 12am to 3pm and from 7pm to 10pm. Their delightful exterior will allow the arrangement of a maximum of 42 seats, precisely because of this, reservations will be required.
