At the Castello Nipozzano estate, we are in Pelago, Chianti Rufina, the bistro Il Quartino enjoys a view stretching on the vineyards and a terrace where it would be worth eating even in wintertime for the view it offers. Here fast becomes slow, and a burger is not a sandwich, but a gourmet experience at Km0 made with Chianina IGP and Black Angus meat bred in the wild in the same estate, accompanied by homemade sauces and chips. Another specialty is the knife-beaten "tartare" with confit tomatoes, sprouts and burst amaranth. We recommend pairing all these delights with one of the wines in their careful selection. Via di Poggio al Mandorlo 1 - Quarate, Bagno a Ripoli, Firenze
This winery has a history of more than one hundred years and it is deeply connected to Tuscany and to the production of Italian wines. Gastronomy is entrusted to the wise hands of Stefano Frassineti, a native of Chianti's lands and a passionate cook since almost thirty years. Every day the kitchen proposes dishes with a particular attention to the seasonality and territoriality of the foods used. Symbol of the company is the tasting menu, realized in postcard format and perfectly usable to write thoughts to be sent to friends or relatives. Worth trying are the pappardelle "sulla nana" (which in Tuscan means duck) and the steak. The restaurant service is available for lunch from 12.30 to 16.00 and reservations are required.
Ristorante Da Delfina

To eat at Da Delfina, there is no need for much introduction: the courtesy and authentic atmosphere, typical of trattorias, has remained miraculously intact in the rustic and cozy rooms, but with a touch of elegance and attention to detail that make it a fixed point of catering in Tuscany. In this restaurant the dishes are strongly linked to the season. Therefore, absolutely to try during this time of year are the taglierini with fresh peas, which are made following the traditional recipe and using only first quality products. The restaurant service is open every day (except Mondays) from 12.30 to 15.00 and from 19.30 to 22.00. There are 50 places available and reservation is required.

Not to be missed is their fried steak, very much appreciated by customers. There are 30 seats available and, therefore, reservation is required. Enoteca La Sosta del Rossellino
Via del Rossellino 2r - Firenze
La Sosta del Rossellino is a real institution about wine, not only about food. Born in 1990, annexed to the already existing pizzicheria and overlooking a magnificent Florence. Among the untouchable dishes are tagliatelle with Sauternes or gnocchi with Castelmagno cheese (undoubtedly their historical dish). Everything that is served is totally handmade. In addition, for the "pistachio lovers", absolutely to try is their homemade pistachio cake and of course gluten-free! This cake is a real treat made with genuine ingredients and with the authentic pistachio of Bronte ... not to be missed! The environment is romantic and unique, with a veranda overlooking the green or the night, a true affectionate niche for lovers of the formidable food-wine-feeling trio. The restaurant service is available from Wednesday to Sunday from 12:00 to 16:00 and from 18:00 to 21:30. As 25 place settings are available, reservations are strongly recommended.

Da Padellina is a real institution for its famous penne sul gallo (feathers on the rooster), roasted nana muta (which means duck in Tuscan) and chicken in vin santo. The restaurant is open every day for lunch from 12:00 to 14:45. There are 40 seats available, so reservations are preferred.
Via di Citille, 4 - Greve in Chianti
If you want to breathe the fresh country air, surrounded by the famous Chianti vineyards, Terreno is the restaurant for you. Here the owner, Sofia Bebban Ruhne, had the vision to create a restaurant inside the family estate. The strong point of this restaurant is the fact that an important part of the ingredients used comes from their organic vegetable garden. Open on Saturdays and Sundays from 12.30 to 14.30. Reservation is recommended.
