Procacci is a delicatessen founded in 1885 in the prestigious Via de' Tornabuoni. Its specialties related to the processing of truffles are a Florentine institution. Purchased by the Marchesi Antinori in 1998, the store, pervaded by the unmistakable aroma of truffles, has kept its walnut shelves and its green marble counter in Art Nouveau style unchanged.
