During the month of December the Winter Garden Restaurant & Bar inside The St. Regis Florence offers you an unmissable journey of good taste and excellence Made in Tuscany.
Every day, in the magical atmosphere of the festively decorated Winter Garden, you can enjoy an aperitif and a truffle-based dinner, for a gastronomic and emotional journey dedicated to the "diamond" of the kitchen.
The aperitif, from 6pm to 8pm, includes Cocktails & canapés with truffles created by Chef Gentian Shehi (€45), while the truffle dinner, from 7pm to 10.30pm, offers Egg cooked at low temperature on a ricotta cheese, hazelnut and truffle cream (€35), Tagliolini "30 Tuorli" with truffles (€45), Rossini fillet with truffles (€65), Ice cream and Zabaglione with truffles (€35). You can choose a la carte or opt for a menu (euro 180 for the whole menu).
