GABBIANO 3.0 (Marina di Grosseto)
The Gabbiano 3.0 restaurant, one Michelin star, in the center of the tourist port of Marina di Grosseto has a philosophy of "tailor made" hospitality. Alessandro Rossi, a 29-year-old Tuscan, leads the kitchen. His proposal is linked to the tradition of the territory but completed by contamination and exploration rich in creativity. Raw materials of great quality and careful cooking are the basis of his dishes, both sea and land, which express personality. An experience not to be forgotten.

The Bucaniere (San Vincenzo)

The restaurant is located in a charming modern hut, made of wood and steel, scenically overlooking the beach of San Vincenzo. On the horizon, the profile of the islands of Capraia, Corsica and Elba stands out. The dishes are prepared by chef Deborah Corsi: a talented woman who seems to paint her dishes. Deborah works mainly with local products, excellent fish, vegetables at zero km.

La Pineta (Marina di Bibbona)
A Michelin star. We are on the beach of Marina di Bibbona, on the edge of the pine forest with Marina di Cecina. There was a small boat on stilts, next to the La Pineta beach, where more than half a century ago a family thought of preparing some fish dishes for a clientele that had started to frequent those beaches. The restaurant is still called La Pineta (tel. 0586.600016), a beautiful room overlooking the sea, the naval furnishings, the dark parquet. In the kitchen and in the dining room the direct heirs of the great Luciano Zazzeri: his sons Daniele, starred chef in the kitchen and Andrea, in the dining room.
