Flower Burger is the first veganburgheria born in 2015 in the heart of Milan, which is continuously expanding both in Italy and abroad. A bond with nature that is declined in the shades of the rainbow with a 100% vegan culinary proposal: burgers whose fundamental characteristic is colour. They range from yellow bread made with turmeric, to purple thanks to black carrot, to the much-loved pink made with cherry extract. Jungle Burger, Flower Burger and Cherry Bomb are just some of the offerings accompanied by paprika-scented potatoes, edamame or patatas buenas. This concept is the brainchild of Matteo Toto, a young entrepreneur, who embarked on a journey to discover tastes and flavours and to find the perfect meeting point between the burger and vegan cuisine. The venue features colourful and psychedelic graphic walls mixed with atmospheres from the world of clubbing, creating a fun play of light.
