Fonteverde, thermal resort of the Italian Hospitality Collection group located in the heart of Tuscany. The structure is located in a Medici palace of San Casciano dei Bagni, a medieval village nestled in the hills of Siena and wanted in 1607 by Grand Duke Ferdinand I. In this structure, history can be breathed even from the terraces, where you can enjoy the view of a timeless landscape populated by farmsteads, monasteries and almost uncontaminated villages. But the highlight of the resort is certainly the wellness area, which stands out for the application of the healing properties of traditional Indian medicine and the thermal waters of the Fonteverde springs. The first requirement is best interpreted by the Indian master Kuldeepak Kathait, aka Dipu, guru of oriental disciplines, who has been practising his art for almost 20 years through a series of specific holistic treatments.

Access to the estate is via an avenue of centuries-old cypress trees to the historic Villa Dievole and other recently renovated buildings. The tourist and food and wine complex has the appearance of a small village perfectly integrated into the Tuscan landscape. Picturesque is the origin of the name, derived from "God wills", a reference to the small earthly paradise that constitutes the estate. Another characteristic of Dievole is the renowned production of fine Chianti Classico wines and award-winning extra virgin olive oils, all of which can be tasted during guided tours of the winery and oil mill.
