Six courses with welcome drink: scallops with bergamot potato foam and coral wafer, oxtail buttons with Jerusalem artichoke and truffle, guinea fowl breast with chestnuts, turnip tops and pumpkin mustard, pomegranate soup with spices, cantucci biscuits and Jasmin tea ice cream, a special version of Mont Blanc cake, classic panettone with hot zabaglione and at the end coffee and small pastries. Euro 140 per person, with water and coffee.
New Year's Eve Grand Gala
In the name of wonder and enchantment, beauty and joy, the best artists of the Contemporary Circus world will animate the magical and suggestive atmosphere of the Winter Garden with exciting and surprising performances. Acrobats, contortionists, magicians and other incredible performers will take you on an imaginary journey for an evening without equal.
Six courses with welcome drink: steamed lobster with champagne fumet, caviar and green apple, gnocchi with pumpkin cream and truffle caviar, Chianina cannolo, consomme, smoked potato mousse and white truffle, beef tenderloin, foie gras, zucchini, cabbage and licorice, opera, cotechino and lentils and at the end coffee and small pastries. Euro 380 per person, including a welcome glass, water and coffee.
