1. POMINO CASTLE
Near Florence, in memory of Leonia, the elegant and determined great-great-grandmother of Marquis Lamberto Frescobaldi, two types of Spumante Metodo Classico D.O.C. Pomino are produced: Brut Millesimato made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, aged on the lees for at least 32 months, and Rosé made from Pinot Noir grapes, aged on the lees for at least 36 months.

2. BALDETTI
In Cortona, from Chardonnay and Grechetto grapes, a Metodo Classico in the land of Arezzo, bottle-ageing "sur lies" for at least 24 months for a very fresh and rich Spumante Brut.

3. VOLPAIA CASTLE
The traditional Tuscan grape variety, Sangiovese, in purity for a Spumante Millesimato Metodo Classico in a limited number of bottles, in Radda in Chianti Volpaia Brut is not dosed and is presented as Brut Nature.

4. AZIENDA AGRICOLA MOLA

7. PRINCE CORSINI
At Villa Le Corti, in San Casciano Val di Pesa (FI), the brilliance of a Spumante Brut Metodo Charmat made from pure Sangiovese grapes, a gentle touch for a delicate expression of a Rosé hue.

8. FATTORIA DEL CERRO
Among the hills of the medieval villages of Montepulciano and Pienza, in Acquaviva (SI), two types of Spumante Metodo Classico are produced, Cerrus Brut and Cerrus Brut Rosé, both of which are aged for 36 months on the lees.

9. IL POGGIONE
One of the historic estates of Montalcino produces in the cellars of Sant'Angelo in Colle a Spumante Metodo Classico based on Sangiovese, Marchesa Clementina in memory of the grandmother of Leopolda and Livia Franceschini, the current owners, Brut Rosè with zero dosage. 

10. VALLEPICCIOLA
At Castelnuovo Berardenga, two classic method sparkling wines, Perlinetto Extra Brut made from 100% Chardonnay, aged on the lees for 48-50 months, and Perlinetto Rosè Extra Brut made entirely from Pinot Noir grapes, aged on the lees for 48-50 months.

11. CARPINETO
Since 1982 the first producers of sparkling wines in Chianti Classico, in Greve in Chianti, four types, Brut, Rosé, the Farnito Brut that stays eight months on the lees and the Dolce version, with the aromaticity and pleasantness of moscato grapes.

12. CASAVYC
In the heart of the Maremma in Poggioferro, near Scansano, the brightness of Viviana Filocamo and her husband Claudio Santucci give life to a classy sparkling wine, classic method based on Pinot Noir grapes, A Riveder Le Stelle Brut Rosé, 24 months on the lees.

13. MONTAUTO
On the border with Lazio between Vulci, Manciano, Saturnia and Pitigliano, the luminosity of the quartz-rich soil and the breeze of the Tyrrhenian Sea create a unique, special terroir. The traditional nature of the Sangiovese grape is expressed with elegance in this Montauto Metodo Classico, 36 months on the lees.

14. TENUTA DODICI
In Grilli, a few kilometres from Gavorrano, in the north of the province of Grosseto, among the three types of Spumante Metodo Classico, Unico is made from 100% Vermentino, Brut type with 36 months on the lees.

15. PODERE LA REGOLA
Sparkling wine production is increasingly widespread in Tuscany. In the province of Pisa, in Riparbella, in the Montescudaio DOC area, La Regola produces a very interesting classic method sparkling wine, La Regola Brut. Grapes used are 90% Gros Manseng and the remainder Chardonnay. Maturation on the lees for up to 24 months and a long period in the bottle. Needless to say, the remuage and degorgement is done by hand.

16. SAN FELO
In Magliano in Tuscany, in the Maremma, the liveliness of a Spumante Metodo Classico made with 100% Vermentino, fragrant and elegant aromas for this Brut Millesimato with 48 months on the lees.

17. WINEMAKERS OF MORELLINO DI SCANSANO
At the top of the Italian Cooperative Wineries, it has 170 members and 700 hectares. It produces a Brut Charmat method sparkling wine, San Rabano, made from 85% Vermentino and 15% Chardonnay, and is a D.O.C. Maremma Toscana Vermentino.

18. TENUTA IL BORRO
In San Giustino Valdarno, Bolle di Borro Rosé, from Tenuta Il Borro, owned by Ferruccio Ferragamo, is an entirely organic sparkling wine, which undertakes the difficult challenge of applying the Classical Method to a Sangiovese aged 48 months on the lees.
