Elisabetta Fabri, President and CEO Starhotels

"It is a great pride for us to be able to open to the Florentines and our guests a new corner of the city to be discovered that will bring an opportunity to relax and socialize that is so important for all of us at this time. - said Elisabetta Fabri, President and CEO Starhotels - We reopen our doors with the desire to return to welcome our guests, offering beauty, wellness and carefree".

Anouska Hempel, winner of the Luxury Lifestyle Award in the category of Hotel Interior Design, is responsible for the renovation of the Helvetia & Bristol

Behind this important project, one of the most prestigious names in the world of luxury hospitality, recently awarded the prestigious Luxury Lifestyle Award in the category of Hotel Interior Design: the designer Anouska Hempel, who signs her first hotel in Italy and who told us during an exclusive interview: "I love coming to Florence and I'm very happy with the relationship I'm building with Elisabetta Fabri. I feel honored to be part of her world and her concept of contemporary hospitality is perfectly in line with my thinking. When I enter the building, it's like I've always been there."

In full respect of the concept that has always characterized the Helvetia & Bristol, to enrich the project the precious contribution of great Florentine master craftsmen, who created for the Hotel mirrors, crystals, precious fabrics, lanterns and wrought iron canopy beds on original design, creating an intimate connection with the territory. A reminder of the enveloping atmospheres and the "Grande Bellezza" that has always been a source of inspiration for all-Italian hospitality and for Starhotels' project in support of Italian artisans.

The result is a surprising and intriguing hotel that expresses the authentic soul of the city. A place to be to live like a second home.

Together with the new rooms and suites, with the reopening the Cibrèo Caffè has been unveiled, created in collaboration with an icon of Italian food and wine, led by Giulio Picchi, while will be presented later the launch of a brand new SPA that will rise right where there were once the ancient Roman Baths.
