Bracali - Massa Marittima ** (confirmed)
Situated in the heart of the metalliferous hills, in Massa Marittima, an ancient country restaurant that hides a private place full of details inside. A restaurant impeccably run by the two Bracali brothers, who divide the room and the kitchen. In any season of the year a stop in this restaurant is worth the trip thanks to Luca, the elder brother, master of ceremonies and great wine connoisseur, and Francesco, self-taught chef, both art lovers.

Cain - Montemerano ** (confirmed)
She is the creature of Valeria Piccini, chef and woman of enormous gastronomic sensitivity and obstinacy, supported - now - by the precious contribution of her son Andrea. The "creed" of this great cook lies in the desire to allow her guest to understand exactly what she is eating, avoiding adopting techniques that are too extreme or products that are not up to standard.

Little Prince - Viareggio ** (confirmed)
Intimate and welcoming environments, open every day of the year to offer all lovers of fine cuisine the inimitable taste of exclusive creative recipes by chef Giuseppe Mancino. Delights to be enjoyed wrapped in a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere: an experience made unforgettable by excellent service.

Bistrot - Forte dei Marmi * (confirmed)
A unique experience with the taste of the sea. Open kitchen, elegant rooms with a design inspired by the colonial style and a cool summer terrace where you can taste the dishes while listening to jazz music. In the cellar you can book exclusive private dinners. Chef Andrea Mattei is in the kitchen.

Castello di Fighine - San Casciano dei Bagni * (confirmed)
The menu is the result of the happy synergy between tristellato chef Heinz Beck and a young and talented chef from Campania, Antonio Romano. The view from the restaurant's terraces, covered with roses and wisteria, is magnificent.

Franco Mare - Marina di Pietrasanta * (new)
A new star and a new restaurant that will become even more cult in Marina di Pietrasanta. Il Giglio - Lucca * (confirmed)
In a beautiful eighteenth-century building, the Giglio has been in existence since 1979, but the management entrusted to three young boys and girls, Stefano Terigi, Lorenzo Stefanini and Benedetto Rullo, dates back a few years ago. The high quality of the products and dishes on the menu and the excellent management of the room have been awarded by the Michelin Guide. The recognition of absolute value that comes from the bestseller of the restaurant is also the result of the work carried out by the chef and owner Senio Venturi.

La Bottega del 30 - Castelnuovo Berardenga * (confirmed)

The name of Michelin star chef, Cristoforo Trapani, is a guarantee to the cooker thanks to his creative reinterpretation of local ingredients. You can eat in an exclusive environment by the pool, even when the weather is bad, thanks to the outdoor cover.

La Pineta - Marina di Bibbona * (confirmed)
Since '96, a point of reference in Italian catering with a splendid location by the sea. We are on the beach of Marina di Bibbona, on the edge of the pine forest with Marina di Cecina. There used to be a little boat on stilts, next to the La Pineta bathroom, and the restaurant is still called La Pineta. Yna beautiful room overlooking the sea, the naval furnishings, the dark parquet. In the kitchen and in the dining room the direct heirs of the great Luciano Zazzeri: his sons Daniele, starred chef in the kitchen, and Andrea, in the dining room.

The aim of the restaurant is precisely to extract the lifeblood from its young team; in fact, Linfa is synonymous with vitality and energy. The aim is to develop a new idea of Italian cuisine with oriental influences, working on national and international geographical "diversity".

Inside the Principe Forte dei Marmi hotel, a lift will take you to the roof garden, where the view of the coast is enchanting and, with a bit of luck, so are the sunsets.
