The official start will be on July 10th with a contemporary dance show to continue with other evening events dedicated to theater, cinema and laughter.

The prose will be the great queen of the program with 10 shows and great actors and directors of the national theater scene. On stage artists such as Paolo Conticini and Monica Guerritore, up to Lodo Guenzi de Lo Stato Sociale that will entertain the audience with comedy, stories and choreography. There will also be great classics of Pirandello's theater such as "Il Fu Mattia Pascal", "Il berretto a Sonagli" and "L'uomo, la bestia e la virtù". On the stage of Marina di Pietrasanta will return also Federico Buffa, journalist and famous face of Sky.

In the festival program there will be music: among the concerts not to be missed are those of Gino Paoli together with Danilo Rea (August 8), Enrico Ruggeri (August 18), Raphael Gualazzi (August 24) and Francesco Renga (August 27). There will be six tribute concerts to great artists such as Michael Jackson, Fabrizio De Andrè and Ennio Morricone. Fun is also assured with "Oysters and American Coffee" ironic and irreverent musical comedy with the special participation of Sandra Milo. Among the appointments to mark in the calendar also the wise mix of songs and talkshow of Ivana Spain (July 11) and Rita Pavone (August 6).

Dance will also be a very strong component of the program with the Dap Festival Grand Gala which opens the Versiliana program on July 10th and which will feature the Russian ballet star Maria Kochetkova.
