A Salento pastry legend arrives at The St. Regis Florence
The Salento pasticciotto revives in one of the most magical places in Florence thanks to the flair of Executive Chef Gentian Shehi
When you write "pasticciotto", you read "little masterpiece of culinary art": a treasure chest of crumbly pastry with a heart of classic custard flavoured with vanilla and hints of lemon.
Every day, from 29 April to 15 May, from 2 to 7 p.m., at the Winter Garden Bar at The St. Regis Florence, the sweet symbol of Salento is revived in a contemporary key thanks to the creativity of Executive Chef Gentian Shehi, a native of Salento, who has succeeded in making the myth of Apulian pastry, which has delighted everyone with its inimitable flavour since the end of the 18th century, even more harmonious.
You can choose between 1 coffee and 1 pasticciotto for 15.00 euro, or 1 coffee on ice with almond milk and 1 pasticciotto for 20.00 euro. An opportunity not to be missed in the setting of one of the city's most beautiful and magical places.
