La Rinascente In Florence Is Taking Part In Fuori Di Taste And From 11 Am To 3 Pm And From 4 Pm To 8 Pm, On 12 And 13 March, Invites You To Some Irresistible Tasting Sessions, A Chance To Discover The Ingredients Used In Italian Gastronomic Excellences. Cereals, Fruit, Vegetables, Cocoa And Flour - Skilfully Worked To Become Extraordinary Products, All Just Waiting To Be Tasted.

ACETAIA GIUSTI
FOUR CENTURIES OF SERVICE TO BALSAMIC VINEGAR FROM MODENA.

Be enchanted by the absolute excellence of Balsamic Vinegar from Modena by Giuseppe Giusti. Produced using only local grapes, according to the ancient method of the Master Vinegar Makers, who in 1605 founded the Gran Deposito of Giuseppe Giusti Balsamic Vinegar. Currently the oldest vinegar cellar in the world, it is today run by the seventeenth generation of the Giusti family. The Gran Deposito is a precious collection of casks inherited from their ancestors and it comprises hundreds of barrels that date back to the seventeenth, eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, still productive and even better with age.

Come and taste an exceptional extra virgin olive oil and other specialities, like Pâté with Ligurian Pesto and freshly processed vegetables. A selection of exclusive, carefully made products, the expression of a family in love with its work, who since 1827 have produced extra virgin olive oil using Taggiasca olives. They also make table olives, pitted, in brine and today even candied for the most discerning foodies.

GARDINI CIOCCOLATO
ARTISAN CHOCOLATE AND IRRESISTIBLE FLAVOUR COMBOS.

Be surprised by tantalising taste harmonies and fantastic new flavours when you try Gardini chocolate teamed with some of the best food and wine products in Italy.

Enjoy the taste experience of breadsticks and relive the almost centenary history of four generations of these master bakers. A story that tells of a passion for their homeland, simplicity and the tradition of fresh bread and good food.

CIALDE DESIDERI
A TASTE OF TUSCANY AND ITS TYPICAL CONFECTIONERY.

Brigidini from Lamporecchio, Cantucci biscuits from Prato, hand-made with fresh eggs and lots of almonds, but no butter. Plus Cialde from Montecatini - straight out of your dreams, two layers of fragrant fine wafer filled with pearl sugar, almonds and vanilla. Come and really indulge your sweet tooth.

DI CIACCIO
SWEET COMPANY AT ANY TIME OF DAY.

From breakfast to afternoon tea or even a before- bed treat. Taste biscuits and pastries made with just a few carefully selected ingredients: from fresh butter to Piedmont hazelnuts, natural stoneground 100% Italian wheat flours, the finest cocoa and the best coffee blends. All prepared according to an artisan tradition that ensures every product is unique.

FIFTH FLOOR:

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY FROM 6.30 PM TO 8.30 PM
Come and discover two excellent Tuscan wines from TENUTE GUICCIARDINI STROZZI served with Caseificio Toscano organic cheeses. The red wine is an OCRA BOLGHERI D.O.C. made at the “VILLA LE PAVONIERE MAREMMA” Winery; the white wine is a VERNACCIA DI SANGIMINIANO RISERVA made at the “VILLA CUSONA SAN GIMINIAMO” Winery. Not to be missed!
