The Pikki Burger is a real cult favorite for fans of Fabio Picchi's creations. A delicious and irresistible hamburger, accompanied by the iconic double-cooked rustic potatoes – that is, twice-fried French fries. Joe Bastianich's Joe's American BBQ brings to the first floor of the Mercato Centrale the "low&slow", or slow cooking at low temperature, a tribute to the most authentic traditional culture of the United States of America. Compared to Milan, there are big novelties on the menu: for the first time in Italy, alongside the classic BBQ grades such as brisket, pulled pork and beef ribs, the smash burger, a special cooking technique for the patty, the meatball, which is crushed with a weight during cooking to make it crispy and succulent at the same time.
