Pizzerias, bakeries, restaurants, bakeries and ice cream parlors: all the addresses to eat gluten-free in the city

Gluten-free eating out is no longer a problem. More and more pizzerias, bars, restaurants, but also bakeries and ice cream parlors are attentive to the intolerances of all and prepare dishes or even entire menus gluten free without giving up an ounce of gluttony.

But where to go to eat gluten-free and well? Here is our selection of restaurants and other places where you can find gluten free dishes, among these - marked with an asterisk - those certified by the AIC (Italian Celiac Association). But before discovering the best gluten-free restaurants in town, discover our selection of the best restaurants in Florence, since all or almost all of them now have gluten-free dishes on the menu.

The cuisine of Trattoria Cammillo is that of true Tuscany, made with natural ingredients and first quality: ribollita, steaks and all other meats, mushrooms, truffles, game, cheeses and fish and fresh vegetables. The great thing is that they can make almost the entire menu gluten-free on request and are in fact accredited AIC. Here, tradition goes hand in hand with goodness and is well combined with fried food, delicious and crispy even in gluten-free version. Not to be missed!
