In the beautiful setting of the Hotel Savoy in Florence, owned by Rocco Forte Hotels, comes an important novelty: the Sunday brunch, which has an innovative formula, focused on the world of wellness and with a menu that bears the signature of Fulvio Pierangelini and Head Chef Giovanni Cosmai.
The protagonists are the authentic flavors of sea and land and the tasty "Little Tuscany" corner. Simplicity and tradition remain the cornerstones of Irene's cuisine, associated with the use of superfood ingredients "with the usual attention to the selection and respect of the raw materials - said Fulvio Pierangelini - and always in collaboration with extraordinary partners who look for us and produce increasingly exceptional, up-to-date and spontaneous products".
The brunch awaits you every Sunday from 12: 30 to 15 until February 27. The cost is 65 euros per person (water and coffee included). It is free for children up to 10 years old, and there are reductions of 50% for kids from 11 to 14 years old.
