Continuing in its yearly tradition, the Michelin Guide has announced its 2020 oracle of top restaurants “worth doing a de-tour for”, with several surprises in store for some of Florentine’s finest eateries.

Enoteca Pinchiorri

Il Palagio - Four Seasons Hotel Firenze
The restaurant of Four Seasons Hotel Firenze, one Michelin-starred, the domain of Executive Chef Vito Mollica. In the wonderful setting of Palazzo della Gherardesca, overlooking the hotel’s garden.

Borgo San Jacopo

La Leggenda dei Frati
One Michelin starred. The restaurant is located in the Villa Bardini museum complex, affording some of the most stunning views of the city. The cuisine by Filippo Saporito is innovative yet rooted in the local culinary culture.
